Velocis Purchases Two Sugar Creek Center in Suburban Houston
Velocis, a Dallas-based private equity and asset management firm, has acquired the Two Sugar Creek Center in suburban Houston from a fund managed by Boston-based investment manager, TA Realty. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
