CoStar Market Insights: Houston Apartment Deliveries to Slow in 2018
By the end of 2017, Houston will have added about 90,000 market-rate apartment units this cycle, trailing only Dallas-Fort Worth’s 100,000 units and New York’s 92,000 units. Recent events have drastically shifted fundamentals though, and a slowed pipeline is imminent.
