Apache Corp. signed a 524,342-square-foot renewal in two Post Oak Central buildings in Uptown Houston.
The petroleum and natural gas exploration and production company will continue to occupy all of the 24-story, 396,432-square-foot, Class A office building at 2000 Post Oak Blvd. Apache will also remain in 127,910 square feet at 1990 Post Oak Blvd. Post Oak Central is in the Galleria/Uptown submarket.
