Massive Northeast Houston Mixed-Use to Get First Hotel
McCord Development, the sole owner and developer of Generation Park, is working with Courtyard by Marriott to bring the first hotel to its mixed-use development.
Marriott is planning a 144-room hotel at the commercial park’s 52-acre lifestyle and entertainment center, Redemption Square – part of McCord’s 4,000-acre Generation Park in northeast Houston. The hotel, which officially broke ground last week, is slated for completion in 2019.
