Locally Based Firm Buys 280-Unit Ascension on the Bayou
Locally based Tarantino Properties acquired a 280-unit apartment complex in Houston, dubbed Ascension on the Bayou, for an undisclosed price. The firm also secured a 10-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan.
The investment firm purchased the complex from developer PRD, Inc., which built Ascension on the Bayou.
