Mexican Investor Buys 322-Unit Apartment Complex in Houston’s Uptown District
Mexican investor Hasta Capital purchased a 322-unit multifamily complex in Houston’s Uptown District dubbed WaterWall Place.
Hasta Capital acquired the mid-rise apartments from locally based global investment and development firm Hines, which built WaterWall Place. Hines broke ground on the rentals in August 2012 and completed construction in late 2013.
